Parking Management Policy Research And Analysis In Large Business Area

With the rapid increase of the amount of vehicles in urban area, the parking problem in Large Business Area becomes more and more serious. It's difficult to park in the large business area because of the unreasonable planning of the Parking facility.Based on the development of Urban Parking planning in and abroad, this paper proposed the disparity between domestic and the overseas, that is: Researching on parking started early abroad, and is much more thorough. In these developed countries, after constructing a certain quantity of parking facilities, they began evaluating the parking management in urban area. They alleviated the problem of parking in city center by limiting parking. They encouraged building private owned parking lot. In the layout aspect, they considered the combination between parking facility layout and the landscape union, the path, and traffic facility.The parking management research is China is still under development. We should learn from the overseas experience in the part of the management and the policy and the layout aspect. However, because of the domestic present situation Land resource is limited and policy laws and regulations imperfect and so on, especially the Characteristic of the large business area is also different from abroad, not all the standards are suitable for China. We need to analyze the characteristics of large business areas carefully in China, then proposed suitable management policy.This article analyzed the parking characteristic of large business area in China, proposed how to build the parking facilities in large business area, how to organize the vehicles' flow, how to combine the parking guiding apparatus based on Classifying parking demand. Thisarticle carried on the detailed analysis on the key technologies——the forecast of real-timeparking quantity.Finally, the theory in this article was verified by the example of ChuangYe Square.
