Research On Risks Management In The Construction Diversion Of Hydropower Project

Hydropower project risk is very popular in real life. The risk may bring the disaster, and may bring the profits too; the point is how to treat risk and manage it validly. It is proved in practice that implementing risk management is necessary if you want to succeed in evading the engineering risk and economizing the cost, even increasing the profits.Looking for the scheme of less investment, shorter construction period, and smaller construction dificulty in the range of acceptable risk is the key to the scheme optimizing of construction diversion. Numerical computation and qualitative analysis are all necessary.Firstly this paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of risk,and the characteristics of hydropower project risk and risk management. Secondly, it is discussed particularly the main process of hydropower project risk management-risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, risk control and decision based on the concept of general risk management.The thesis combined with the modern risk management theory to the hydropower projects' features and practices in our country, raised the conception of the hydropower project risk management and designs integrated project risk management model. In this thesis, risk identification method mainly generalizes to introduce the expert investigate method, identificate all kinds of construction diversion risk. From the point of main risk of construction diversion, based on the scheme optimizing of construction diversion, diversion stardards, the most important part of diversion-closure, designed the hydropower project risk management system. Evaluation all investment risk, and find the scheme optimizing of construction diversion. And control the construction diversion risk through all kinds of method. What the thesis concluded here may have some directing and referring functions for managing the risk of construction diversion.
