Study On The Rural Residential Environment Under The Urban-Rural Planning

The article tends to the research of sustainable development construction for rural residential environment under the urban-rural planning.In this article, the evaluation system of the rural residential environment will be established, which provides some experience and use for reference for the sustainable development construction for rural residential environment.On the macroscopically background of construction for rural residential environment under the urban-rural planning, the research of sustainable development construction for rural residential environment has the academic and practical significance.Though the review of the relative theoretical background and literatures, such as urban-rural planning theory,mutualism theory and environment cognition theory, the article obtains the reference factors of evaluation.Furtherly by means of hierarchical analysis method to analyze on the expert opinion, the article establishes the system of evaluation factors of the rural residential environment under the urban-rural planning.Then, the article takes Shidi Village as an example and makes the demonstration analysis. Base on the investigation about the existent conditions of Shidi Village and its surrounding area and combining the system of factors established, the article analyses the present state of construction for rural residential environment of Shidi Village from five aspects, which are the traditional continuity of the rural, the regeneration of Settlement, the use of the surrounding environment, the space feeling of the residents and the cognitive behavior of residents. After that, the countermeasres of rural residential environment for Shidi Village are put forward from the level of regional development and the improvement of the whole environment.In the finality, some discussion and espectation are made for the further research and the development direction of construction for residential environment of Shidi Village.
