With the development of the domestic economy in the developed regions, power load density become higher and high. Due to limited resources, urban space, is now widely used by the domestic 110/10kV city high-voltage, medium voltage power distribution network model, the power supply capacity constraints, there have been difficulties substation cloth point, the tension line crossing the path, and land use planning difficult coordination, 110/10kV integrated power transmission project investment increased, the fundamental line is difficult to reduce wear and tear.The main topic of this study combined with the Wuxi Taihu New Town planning and construction, research topics in the region applied voltage of 20kV feasibility and the rationality of its existing 10kV medium voltage distribution network transformation of the transition and so on, the main include: 1) Wuxi Taihu Lake Metro load forecast. 2) Wuxi Taihu Lake in the Metro load forecast on the basis of the program, combined with the development of the Wuxi Taihu New Town in Wuxi city planning and the actual power grid, 110/20kV of 110/10kV with the application of integrated economic and technological analysis. 3) Analysis of Wuxi Taihu New Town building 20kV medium voltage distribution network, as well as the building of the existing 10kV medium voltage distribution network transformation boost the feasibility of specific principles of technology planning. 4) to the Wuxi Taihu New Town in a typical region - Taihu International Science and Technology Parks 10kV medium voltage distribution network 20kV step-up transformation for example. Wuxi Taihu New Town in the future for the existing 10kV medium voltage distribution network to provide an example of the transformation of step-up.
