This study is that by understanding the basic characteristics of hot summer and cold winter zone, called on people to meet the residential comfort should to the performance of resources as the main means, but with the minimum cost completed such a raising.In this study, more is the through the understanding of the characteristics of local climate, according to the characteristics of the climate to make corresponding energyefficiency design, ensure the overall climate is a benign condition, and according to the roughly mainstream architectural characteristics of energy performance to achieve the optimization of design, and improve the overall design level, according to the expansion, put forward reasonable proposals. In hot summer and cold winter zone in order to effectively enhance the office building with the actual effect of and need for insulation and reduce air conditioning use ratio, through reasonable design concept makes the zone office users get a better experience.The first chapter of this paper outlines the research purpose and research route.
