Research On The Strategy Of Railway Freight Transport Development Based On Industrial Structure Readjustment

Railway freight transport is the foundation of the national economy. It also is vital for the persistent development of the economy and the social production. There are a lot of factors that effect railway freight transport, one of which is industrial structure. The work report in 2nd Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China indicate that accelerate transforming economic developing mode, promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading, is a important strategic task that related national economy. The report further identifies the direction of industrial structure readjustment. The paper is to value the impact of the industrial structure readjustment on railway freight transportation, so that to offer an academic foundation to the whole planning of railway freight transport.With industrial structure readjust,the demand of freight transportation represents that the demand body shows the trend from singleness, bit and alike to more bodies, large quantity and difference; the flowing entities shows the trend from single variety, large quantity to many varieties, bit quantity and diversification; the quantity and turnover show the trend of rising. The paper reference development law of three industries in developed countries, analysis the development process of our country three industries structure readjustment and its impact of railway freight transportation. The technology method of gray incidence analysis is used to calculate the relationship between three major industries and railway freight transport. The results tell that main effects factor is from 2dn industrial to 3rd industrial. Though bulky cargo of 1st and 2nd as the main part in railway freight transportation, The 3rd industrial is becoming the main factors that promote the railway freight transportation development.At last, the paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the railway freight transport, and combining the freight transport market under industrial structure readjusted, to give some development strategy for railway freight transportation.
