The Research On Development Strategy Of SZ Airport Freight Multimodal Transport

With economic globalization,implementation of B&R and national free trade area strategy,high-grade,precision and advanced(industrial products)gradually become the main growth point of economic development.Economic development requires more stringent transport quality and transportation becomes an important part of logistics system.In this context relying on a single mode of transport has been far from adequate to economic development.On the basis of giving full play to the advantages of various modes of transport,the combination and optimization of various modes of transport can maximize the economic and social benefits.Multimodal transport is the development trend of the transportation industry.With the development of economy,the demand of air transport is gradually expanding,and the development of multi-modal transport at airports will become the mainstream mode of multi-modal transport.As one of the earliest airports in China to develop multi-modal transport,Shenzhen airport has certain hardware conditions and management experiences to develop multi-modal transport of freight.In recent years,due to the economic downturn and the impact of other transportation modes on air cargo business diversion,the development trend of the entire air cargo market is not optimistic during the “13th five-year” plan.Relying on comprehensive express service providers to develop freight multimodal transport is expected to become a major growth point in the development of air freight to Shenzhen airport.Therefore,Shenzhen airport needs to deploy in advance on the development of freight multimodal transport.On the basis of expounding and analyzing the related theories of multi-modal transport,this paper analyzes the current situation of multi-modal transport in overseas airports and the development of multi-modal transport in domestic airports,and concludes the problems existing in the development of China's multi-modal transport centered at airports.Combined with the operation mode and characteristics of multi-modal transport,the development status of multi-modal transport at Shenzhen airport is analyzed.Using SWOT(threat-opportunity-weakness-advantage)matrix,the external environment and internal conditions of the development of freight multimodal transport of Shenzhen airport were systematically analyzed.On this basis,the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the strategic choice and realization path of the development of freight multi-modal transport in Shenzhen airport by using the analytic hierarchy process,and finally formulates the overall development strategy,and proposes the implementation strategy for the development of freight multi-modal transport in Shenzhen airport from the perspective of corporate strategy and corporate operation.
