Research Of The Driving Mechanism And The Spatial Pattern Of Huangshan City Characteristic Urbanization

As a period of rapid urbanization in China, it is very important to explore Chinese urbanization characteristics at present. Different from other general city driving force of industrialization, which is drived by the development of urbanization. Huangshan City has a unique natural environment, rich tourism resources, precious world cultural heritages, and also has the characteristics of weak ecological environment, dispersed transport and infrastructure facilities, difficulties of resident population spatial concentrating. So it has great theoretical and practical significance for guidance of urbanization healthy and orderly and development of urban-rural integration by researching the urbanization road of Huangshan's regional characteristics.Based on the summary for the theory and practice of urbanization and the main mode of urbanization development at home and abroad, and the analysis for major cases of Chinese characteristics of urbanization, the research contents were showed as follwed. First, the concept and meaning of the area's characteristic urbanization were discussed. Secondly, Huangshan City was as a study area, the history and current characteristics of urbanization in Huangshan City were summarized, the relevant affecting factors were proposed, and the necessity to develop the characteristics urbanization in Huangshan City was analysized. Finally, the special affecting factors, such as protection of ecological resources, development of eco-tourism, heritage and protection of local cultural, driving of new industrialization and so on, were analysized. The driving mechanism of the development with regional characteristics of Huangshan City was discussed. Based on the analysis of differences in capacity of resources, spatial distribution of population, industry and urban development, the spatial pattern to achieve regional characteristics urbanization in Huangshan City was put forward.In conclusion, it's necessary to take regional characteristics urbanization in Huangshan City; the major driving mechanism to take regional characteristics urbanization in Huangshan City was the leading role of eco-tourism, tourism-related industry linkage development, new role in promoting new industrialization and preponderan development of characteristics agriculture; Huangshan City must follow the "balanced distributed" spatial pattern of urbanization development. In the process, we must deal with the relationship between urban development and landscape resources protection, the relationship between urban development and the World Heritage protection, the relationship between central cities and other towns. It is very important to guide the rural population gather to urban centers orderly, encourage the development of tertiary industry by self-rural population, namely modern tourism services, and the new industrial and specialty agriculture.
