The Ems Cimxml & The Svg Import And Export And Editing

With the development of the power system, many old EMS can not be satisfied with the requirements for communication and real-time response. In order to update these EMS and relieve pressure on programming, the paper offers an export solution based on CIM in EMS through analyzing the EMS of zhejiang electric power company. Also this paper discussed some applications based on CIM/XML like: explore the physical CIM model, edit the CIM model, split the CIM model and create the difference model by comparing the two CIM model. In order to browse power system resource conveniently, the techniques about how to create the tool to browse SVG graphic and integrate the SVG graphic with CIM model in the tool are introduced in this paper.The paper can be divided into five parts. Firstly, it introduces why the EMS must be updated;Secondly ,it present the techniques the system needs;then, it shows the format of existing EMS data and explain how to export them to CIM/XMl in detail, How to realize the CIMXML and SVG edit tool are introduced in the fourth part;at last it introduces the vision in future's development.
