Design And Development Of DCS Operator Station Simulation Software

The main task of this subject is to develop and design a power plant DCS operator stations emulation software able to run on Windows platform. The paper designs the overall structure of simulation software at first, and on the base of that, the configuration software and monitoring software are developed and designed gradually. The development of configuration software can be divided into three parts, which are document management features, view class functionality and application functionality, while view class functionality is the most important. The development of monitoring software can be divided into five parts, which are document management functions, monitoring functions, application functions, database design and communication connections, while monitoring functions is the most important. The simulation software is written in C++ language, with the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, strong fields, configuration convenience, versatility and good view. The test results show that the configuration software can complete DCS screen configuration, monitoring software can monitor the implementation of the operation process.
