Research Of Guiding And Controlling Mechanism On Design Of Green Building Rating System

As the progressing of green building systematism study in the worldwide, green building assessment and green building design are reserched systematically as two important topics, when each system is more and more comprehensive, the isolation of their own shows the theoretical gaps between them and reveals a number of specific issues in the green building practices. Therefore, the requirement of cross-sectional studies between two systems have been put forward in both theoretical and applied aspects.First, the paper is starting on green building design and its needs of guiding and controlling, after a comprehensive analysis and sum-up on the action, characteristics, methods and practice difficulty of green building, the paper points out the Macro-demand and necessity in essence of guidance and control on green building design, and through the analysis of action on evaluation in the design and the guiding and controlling, integrating the evaluation system, design, and the guiding and controlling together.Then, the paper focuses on he relationship between green building assessment and green building design as study object, pointing out the characteristics of goal congruence and operation dislocation between evaluation and design. Through the analysis of framework on evaluation-design relationship, the paper proposes the concept of "guiding and controlling mechanism on design" of green building rating system which is aimed at design process of life cycle, and attempts to establish an comprehensive guiding and controlling mechanism on design which inosculate assessment mechanisms and market mechanisms together. On the basis of guiding and controlling mechanism analysis and green building assessment model analysis in our country, initial study on the relationship between evaluation and design is processing, while the advice of framework on evaluation-design under the current circumstances in China is put forward facing the practical problems.Finally, from the level of operation on design practice, the paper summarizes the way of how to use the use rating system effectively in the green building design practice by analyzing a series of problems faced when the architects adapt and actively use guiding and controlling mechanism on design of green building rating system in the design process, in order to promote the formation of correct process and methods on green building design practice.The paper is discussed in three aspects from the assessment, design to guiding and controlling mechanism, and through a systematic analysis and the relationship framing to the three ones, hoping to find an effective method guiding the development of evaluation and design in order to establish a more complete and scientific green building system and accelerate the development of green building in China.
