Research On The Application Of Lifecycle Management In Grid Construction Projects

Life cycle management of power grid construction project is a kind of comprehensive management towards each stage's activities in the whole project life cycle, which is an innovative management. Based on the lifecycle management, this paper summarizes the power gird project construction and management situation; comprehensively analyze the important concepts of power grid construction project life cycle management; taking this as the foundation carries on objective analysis about the necessity and feasibility of implement lifecycle management concept in the power gird construction project. At last, the paper proposes the important measures and specific recommendations of applying the lifecycle management concept. At the same time the paper carries on detailed analysis about the cost of the whole life cycle of power grid construction project and establishes a full life cycle cost calculation model to realize the best cost.
