Study On Application Of Glazed Hollow Bead Insulation Mortar In Architecture

With the increasing shortage of natural resources and the vigorous implementation of the policy of energy-saving and emission-reduction in China.It has become a indispensable research topic to develop a new building structure which integrates safety,high efficiency,energy saving,heat preservation and durability.The glazed hollow bead insulation mortar is a kind of inorganic insulation material,which has the advantages of thermal conductivity,durability and fire resistance,It is a building energy-saving material suitable for hot summer and cold winter regions.In order to research the application effect of the glazed hollow bead insulation mortar in Nanchang area and analysis the main factors of affecting construction quality.In this paper,the development and properties of the glazed hollow bead are analyzed,and the common heat preservation forms are described and compared.According to the characteristics of Nanchang,the feasibility of application in external thermal insulation system is analyzed.Through the study of the application of the glazed hollow bead insulation mortar external wall insulation system in Nanchang Liantaitianyue and Wanda city of Nanchang project,the conclusions was as follows:(1)As a kind of inorganic material with thermal insulation,sound absorption,high temperature resistance and small water absorption,glazed hollow bead has certain advantages in building insulation materials.(2)Nanchang is a typical region of hot-summer and cold-winter area.The energy-saving design of buildings should mainly satisfy the requirements of thermal insulation in summer and properly consider winter insulation,the glazed hollow bead insulation mortar external wall insulation system is more suitable for it.(3)The I type of glazed hollow bead insulation mortar used in Nanchang Liantaitianyue and Wanda city of Nanchang project can meet the design requirements.The analysis in many aspects of architectural design,physical and mechanical properties,measured thermal insulation performance shows that it can meet the requirements of specification better.
