Design Of Test Bench For MT And Study On MT Gear Shifting Behavior

Transmission system is an important system of the car and the transmission is one of the important part of a car.The designing of test bench for MT is used for parts performance testing, product quality inspection and the life-cycle testing.With the help of it,we can improve the quality of our products and increase the processing level. Therefore, the designing of test bench for MT plays an important role all over the world.Based on the "N109 shift performance improvement project" from SGMW Co., LTD, the manual transmission test beach was researched.At present, the driver of manual transmission testing equipment at home and abroad is human, due to the manipulation of each manipulator habits are different, therefore we can not get more objective force and displacement.Based on the QC/T568-1999 and the ZB/T21005-1985, this paper introduces the structure of the manual transmission testing machine, details on the design of it's control system and hardware system. This hardware system has a lot of advantage, such as simple structure, easy operation, low-cost, easy maintenance and so on. And intrudes the test bench, console and power distribution. Based on the current mainstream control method of AMT, we prepared the control program and achieved a fully automatic control. It's good to avoid the subjective factors of shifting by human.Through the test bench, we did lots of experiments, such as, transmission shift experiment, clutch test experiment, and we got Many useful experimental data. Satisfactorily, we obtained the expected results through a brief analysis of the data.
