The Application Of Rianwater Eco-utilization In Urban Landscape Design

Eco-utilization use of rainwater is the premise of scientific allocation of urban resources, improving living environment and urban sustainable development. Eco-utilization of urban rainwater ,through its obligation, goals such as conservation and protection of water resources, ecological water-saving, control of soil erosion and urban waterlog, reducing the load of urban sewer and treatment system, reducing water pollution and improving urban ecological environment can be achieved. A health and vital urban landscape is to ensure the harmonious development of landscape, the people, and the natural environment. Consequently, eco-utilization of rainwater is a new, multi-objective, comprehensive technology whose application has broad and far-reaching significance.First, the paper aims at the issue that technology of ecological use of rainwater cannot be widely applied in China and then presents views in view of society, mechanism, economy and technology. It introduces the practical background of technology of ecological use of rainwater and puts forward with the great strategy of promoting sustainable circulation of urban water resources through the ecological use of rainwater, thus improving the urban ecological environment.The paper introduces the methods of ecological use of rainwater in urban landscape, including the abandonment of initial streams, the utilization of accumulated rainwater, and the utilization of infiltrated rainwater. It introduces the methods and procedure of utilizing the accumulated rainwater, that is, collection, purification, accumulation and recycling, and the way of utilizing the infiltrated rainwater.The paper illustrates the theory foundation of eco-utilization of rainwater. According to the ideal model of integrated coordinated development of the whole urban landscape system, it presents the main content, the methods and ways to successfully design urban landscape ecologically using the rainwater with examples. Its purposes are to explore the connection between technology of ecological use of rainwater and landscape ecosystem through the combination of engineering technology, and to enhance the aesthetic quality of urban space with the premise of natural ecological order.The paper tries to discuss the application methods and models through technology of eco-utilization of rainwater in urban landscape design and provides reference for the landscape designers in their future designs.
