With the rapid development of China's shipbuilding industry, it has more and more export orders of marine vessels; At the same time with the quickly economic development and high-speed continuous expansion of foreign trade, more and more foreign ship came to our port for operating or transiting or maintaining. When the export of ships loaded habitat, marine diesel generator sets still is under test, temporarily unable to work. They need shore power. When the foreign ship to our port operations (especially refrigerated container ship), or maintenance, both ships and ports do not want diesel generators on board to work, one of the reasons is that diesel fuel costs are high, according to the article descriptions, the ratio between the cost of ship directly supplying electricity and the cost of shore power generation supplying electricity is 4:1.Using shore power is economical; Second, there are gas pollution and noise pollution.Ship of our country use 380V/50Hz of standard voltage and frequency, and most of the foreign ships use 440V/60Hz of standard voltage and frequency. Therefore, in our shipyard or port must have electrical device to change the 50Hz power supply to 60Hz power supply. Compared with conventional-style 60Hz power generating units, 60Hz electronic static shore power supply have advantage of efficiency, low noise, and good electrical performance. This thesis research on some key technologies about 60Hz e-Static shore power supply, Conducted the main work is as follows:First, this thesis introduces the basic principles of the 60Hz electronic static shore power supply, describes the roles of the rectifying transformer, inverter, filter, the output isolation transformers and other important components.Based on detailed analysis the various components of the system are calculated and selected. In order to reduce the rated capacity of the inverter, the reactive power compensation devices are calculated and selected.Finally, for the requirements of output voltage and frequency of the power supply, this thesis describes the regulation and realization method of the e-static shore power supply. The results prove the feasibility of the method.
