| As a management information system between the top production plan and bottom industrial control system, manufacturing execution system can effectively improve the management of manufacturing process, reduce production cost and increase production efficiency. It is gaining more and more attention to manufacturing enterprises. The implementation of manufacturing execution system involves many contents, covers a wide range, so it is a complicated system engineering. The scientific implementation method is important to guarantee the smooth implementation of manufacturing execution system. Although a lot of research work about manufacturing execution system is deployed in our country at present, A more comprehensive, systematic, and detailed implementation methods of MES has not developed.
