Planning And Implementation Of The Manufacturing Execution System MES Of S Company

The Germany's “Industry 4.0”,the American reindustrialization,also same in “Made in China 2025 strategy”,both are national manufacturing strategies launched by world powers to cope with the arrival of a new round of industrial revolution,the core of which is intelligent manufacturing.Based on the background of an auto parts manufacturing company in Changzhou Jiangsu province,where the author is worked,this paper conducts research on MES planning and implementation of S company's manufacturing execution system.This paper adopts the method of information system planning and implementation to complete the main research in three aspects.From the perspective of management,the main products,technological process,information status,workshop management and existing problems of S company were comprehensively analyzed,and the requirements for MES construction of S company's manufacturing execution system,including business functions,data acquisition methods,and interaction with ERP system.Based on demand analysis,the planning objectives and principles of S company's manufacturing execution system were proposed,and the overall planning of the system was completed,including: system functional architecture,network architecture,hardware and software environment configuration,system functional planning,information planning and interface planning,etc.In the process of system implementation,analyze the functional planning and responsibility distribution of each functional department in the project team,control the implementation effect at the beginning,during and after the implementation process,and analyze the basic data collection and evaluation,training,standardization and continuous improvement.The implementation results show that the expected target is achieved,which plays an important role in improving the enterprise's production response ability,efficiency and real-time monitoring...
