With the development of substation automation system, since recent decade the operation level of securety and economy for electric grid has been obviously enhanced. However as a result of being low in digital level of substation and lack of unitive standard of communication protocol, it can be not completely to implement inter-operation among devices, therefore it leads to be complicated in secondary connection and to form lots of isolated island of data and information. Based on the above, it is difficult to implement integrated application of data information and cooperation operation, and lower in efficiency of data utilization. Along the rapid development of econmy, the higher demand has been proposed for power supply quality and securety economy operation of grid. As a numerical substation of transmission assignment system, it is more imminence to informatization requirement. Now the digital substation has been become an important development direction of substation automation system.The subject took the transmission of sampling parameter of protocol IEC61850 as research object, aiming at electric power parameter monitoring of substation, by means of embed technology, the feasible reasoning was theoretically made, and it realized the integration between communication service of digital substation and parameter monitoring in existence, and proposed a design of the terminal software scheme and the concrete detail. The following works have been completed in the paper.â‘ Opened out that the meaning essence of protocol IEC 61850 is the functional modeling method of substation automation system. The analysis shows that it is not only a simple communication protocol, but also an information model of establishing the platform of substation automation system. By means of sampling values of messege transmission of SMV, and information of switch input and output and so on, it could realize the smooth integration of subsystem information of process layer, and it is a footstone of constructing the platform of digital substation.â‘¡Pointed out that a sort of information modeling scheme for device and an important kind of communication service for sampled value control transmission, and analyzed the characteristics for the sampled value control transmission emphasizily and its manner of realization, had achieved the integration among devices and data information. â‘¢Proposed a sort of modeling scheme been as consistent with protocol of IEC 61850 aiming at the realistic conditions of technology. The scheme guaranteed that the task could be processed in real time by means of priority scheduling manner for multi-task, and overcome that traditional front and back platform was poor in real time performance in the terminal device of complex monitoring.â‘£Implemented a prototype system basically. The test result shows that the designed system is feasible and reasonable.
