Recearch On Reclamation Of The Damaged Land Caused By Wenchuan Earthquake And Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment

5·12Wenchuan is the most destructive, the most widely spread catastrophic earthquake since 1949. People in quakt-hit areas are a great loss by the earthquake and the subsequent geologic function damage. Human settlement environment suffered a crushing blow. After, the people working together to relief eddorts, after the earthquake relief, the quake-hit areas entered post-disaster reconstruction. As the most serious in rural areas, Land resources are destroyed severe. Farmland, woods house sites and meadow had been moved breaked and overturned in different degrees by the earthquake and the subsequent damage. Besides the no-man's area, Most of the land in villages needed reclamation. Rural development based on the development of agriculture, and agriculture development is based on the farmland, therefore, rural land reclamation is an important measures for the reconstruction of a new socialist countryside.This study adopts the methods of combining theories with practice. From the prospective of the human settlement environment scientific theory, classifying damaged land in different angles, and comprehensive considerate various classifications, finally by earthquake is divided into three categories :the damaged land by geologic function,the damaged land by subsequent geologic function and the damaged land by geological agents。The damaged land by geologic function includes the damaged land for construction,the damaged land by ground swing and the damaged infrastructure in field; the damaged land by subsequent geologic function includes the damaged land by landslide,debris flow,collapses and barrier lake; geological agents includes the damaged land by emergency covers and sample room covers.In accordance with the classification , this article analyses the character of the damaged land and reclamation potential, according to the damaged area , the damaged degree and the difficulty level of land reclamation caused by different functions , divided the damaged land into different levels, expressing the reclamation potential.The land damaged by ground deformation, landslide, debris flow emergency housing areas and the land has greater potential for reclamation; Although the homestead is more scattered ,it has a greater potential for reclamation; While, the damaged land caused by collapse and dammed lake has smaller potential for reclamation. Compared with the general land consolidation, land consolidation and reclamation disaster model is more complex.Then research on the damaged land reclamation model in specific situation in each type of damaged land. Finally this is some help for post-disaster restoration and reconstruction.This article introduced the concept of human settlement environment and rural human settlement environment, and described the situation of rural human settlement environment , the situation includes lowing quality of living environment,being short of land resource,damaged the field of infrastructure seriously,the backward infrastructure, roads system need to continue to improve. Combining land reclamation,this article discussing the improving effects of nature,human,society,housing and supporting. Finally taking ChenJia Ba Land Reclamation Project in Bei Chuan as an example, explaining the great effects of reconstruction of rural human settlement environment by land reclamation. Land reclamation will also be an important method for improving rural human settlement environment and constructing new socialist countryside in recently years.
