The Research And Design Of New Energy Oil Inspection Stations For Shaanxi Shenglong

Automobile industry have experienced more than 130 years of history since it begin to develop, engine with high efficiency and good performance keeps the monopoly power in the automobile industry. Gasoline, diesel have been the main fuels of engine. In recent years, because of the energy shortage and environmental pollution, methanol gasoline as good performance alternative fuels, are widely used. To ensure the quality of the fuel oil, the inspection work is particularly important in its transportation, storage and the using process. At present, there are many professional oil inspection stations in different provinces; these stations are mainly for gasoline and diesel fuel such routine fuels inspection. Due to inspection items of the methanol gasoline especially high-proportion M85 are different with gasoline and diesel, this makes the existing cannot satisfy the methanol gasoline oil inspection requirements, and therefore methanol gasoline oil inspection stations must be designed to meet the requirements.This paper first studied regular fuels inspection methods for gasoline and diesel. Although there are so many the inspection items of gasoline and diesel oil product, due to the research of inspection for gasoline, diesel have been done earlier home and abroad, so the inspection technology has been very mature, people can use the specialized equipment to inspection. Next, in this paper, the testing method for this new energy methanol gasoline was researched. Methanol gasoline is a new kind of alternative fuels, so its inspection items are different with regular gasoline and diesel fuel, so always refer to the relevant national standards for most of the conventional test method for inspection.Finally, this paper combining Shaanxi Sunlong energy company, based on the actual situation, the existing oil inspection in investigation and relevant technical documents for inspection oil products inspection equipment, on the basis of Shaanxi Sunlong energy company quantity of products design layout proposed own view and work out the corresponding technical specification products inspection documents and oil for inspection instruments and equipment. In addition, this paper also to the oil of inspector operation norm and puts forward some specific requirements. According to the design of new energy products inspection, in the paper, Shaanxi Sunlong Energy Company will be able to inspect petrol, diesel and methanol gasoline and issue inspection report, produce good social benefits and economic benefits.
