Research On Four-terminal Interia Test Bench And Test Norm For Vehicle Braking System

The performance of automobile braking system is essential factor relating to the traffic safety, so its quality is very important. Perfect testing facility and test norm are the premise and the foundation to guarantee the performance of automobile braking system. One important component of braking system test at present is brake bench experiments. Research on test bench and test norm for vehicle braking system make sense in improving brake performance, reducing defects in design.Firstly, a new four-terminal interia test bench for braking system is designed based on the structural features of existing single-ended and double-ended brake test bench. The important parts of this design are analyzed and the control method used in the test bench is researched.Secondly, the test norm applied to this test bench is worked out after studying and contrasting with domestic test norm.Finally, the entire experiment is carried out and the data is analyzed. Results of the data analysis show that the design of this test equipment is successful and it can support the performance detecting of braking system.
