Remanufacturing production for waste and obsolete automobile parts is an advanced manufacture pattern, which is an important parts of Recycle Economics. Disassembly, which is the first step of remanufacture, will have a conspicuous influence on remanufacture. Therefore, the quality of disassembly process has a direct impact on the remanufacture performance of products.Based on lots of literature published domestically or abroad, the information model of disassembly is built in this paper, and an engine product is taken for the example to do the disassembly analysis. The part relating degree is analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process. According to the part relating degree, the relating matrix is built. When some parts can be disassembled as subassembly, the analysis difficulty of disassembly sequence decision-making can be simplified enormously. Based on the dimensional geometry and dimensional restrict matrix, disassembly sequence can be built finally. The assessment index system is put forward to insure product remanufacture performance. The economic assessment model is built to assess the disassembly performance and a gearbox is taken for a example to forecast its disassembly economic performance. The plan for remanufacture information management system is put forward and the structure and function of the system are expounded in this paper. The topic of dissertation is combined with the strategic subject for Recycle Economics. The research perfects the theory of the remanufacturing engineering technology and provides a feasible thought for the disassembly planning and product design of the remanufacture corporations.
