Studies On The Design Method Of Creative Industry Park Utilizing Industrial Heritage

Along with the rapid development of global economy and the acceleration of urbanization, also the adjustment of national industrial structure, a great deal of industrial heritage is confronted with reconstruction or renewal. Meanwhile, the originality economy has swept the world; and its rise in China is in dire need of the architectural space corresponding with its industrial character. Thus, reforming and reusing the industrial heritage to the architectural space for creative industries can not only help it survive the destruction form over-exploitation, but also continue its historical and cultural value, and the industrial heritage of industrial landscape diversity of space. Furthermore, the sight of industrial heritage and variety of space is also in line with the development needs of creative industry.Using the industrial heritage development for creative industry park is a sustainable development idea of social, cultural, economic and ecological environment value, therefore, seeking for the design method and strategies of reusing the industrial heritage for the creative industry park is of theoretical significance and practical value.This article first has induction and analysis on the history of the development of creative industry, the development mode and value both in China and abroad. Then, on this basis, it has quantitative and qualitative comparison and a summary on the park planning, architectural space and outer protect system, unique architectural components site features, humanization and low energy consumption, through an investigation on mature cases of creative industry park on industrial heritage in Shanghai, Hangzhou, etc. and also typical examples from abroad, and concludes the design methods and strategies of creative industry park. Finally, with study of the historic industrial architecture in Guangzhou Jinzhujiang Chemical Co., Ltd., the article has a systematically argumentation on the feasibility of design method and strategies of creative industry park on industrial heritage, and puts forward the conceptual design of the reform, and provide reference for the project's initiation and implementation.In this paper, on one hand it enriches the theory for the creative industries, to help the development of creative industry park, industrial heritage protection and reuse in China, with higher quality and efficiency; on the other hand, it provides some empirical analysis and practical design method for the planning or design of related projects in the future.
