| This trial was designed to investigate the effect of corn stocking on growth performance,slaughter performance, meat quality, immune molecules and serum biochemical indices ofNorth white goose. The experiment bird were North white Commodity goose which fromDatong district North Breeding Geese Field in Daqing, they were randomly divided into twogroups, the control group was feeding in house, the trial group was stocking in corn field whichplant height were over70cm when the goose at20days age,12geese were selected randomlywhich in well-distributed physical condition from each group, they were made test for meatquality and slaughter performance. Five geese were selected on2,4,8and12weeksrespectively for each group, total40geese, collected blood for the test of immune moleculesand serum biochemical indices. Established a database through EXEL2003, analyzed thesignificance difference for every indexes in geese’ serum from two groups byIndependent-sample T test of statistical analysis software SPSS16.0. The results showed that:(1)In terms of growth performance, the ADC of corn stocking geese were higher than thatof housing feeding geese, it reflected good growth performance. In terms of slaughterperformance, all the indexes from two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The rateof slaughter and full eviscerated of the corn stocking geese were92.77%and61.85%, thatrevealed favourable slaughter performance. Compared with the housing feeding goose, thelevel of crude fat, crude protein and ash content in muscle of corn stocking was higher,and thelevel of protein in leg muscle was significantly higher than that in chest(P <0.05).(2)The level of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4in serum from corn stocking geese were higher thanthat from housing feeding geese: the level of IgA, IgG, IgM in serum from two groups’ geesewhich at different age had extremely significant difference(P<0.01), the level of C3in serumfrom corn stocking geese was extremely significant higher than that from housing feeding geeseat every age(P<0.01), the level of C4between two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).(3)The most of the level of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-12, IFN-α, IFN-γ in serum from cornstocking geese were higher than that from housing feeding geese: the level of IL-2, IL-6andIL-12in stocking geese’ serum and housing feeding geese’ serum on different age hadextremely significant difference(P<0.01), the level of IL-4in housing feeding geese’serum was extremely significant higher than that in stocking geese’ serum at2and12weeks(P<0.01), thelevel of IFN-α in stocking geese’ serum was extremely significant higher than that in housingfeeding geese’ serum at8and12weeks(P<0.01), the level of IFN-γ between the two modesdidn’t have significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The level of total protein, albumin, glucose, triglycerides in serum from corn stockinggeese were higher than that from housing feeding geese: among them, the level of glucose inserum from two groups didn’t have significant difference at every age(P>0.05), but the the levelof total protein, albumin,, triglycerides in serum had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: the slaughter performance and meat quality of corn stocking geese is better thanthat of housing feeding geese, corn stocking can improve the lever of part of the immunemolecules and serum biochemical indices of geese, and it also can enhance the immunity ofgoose, it is a new cultivation mode which deserved to promote. |
