| Abstract The related toxicity determination of Acarussiro Linnaeus which was produced during culture of cordyceps militaris L.Link in order to provide theoretical basis for chemical control. Furthermore detecting method for nucleosides analogues and amino acids was studied in the paper to make detecting in medicinal fungi faster and simpler. Superoxide dismutase in culturing of cultured cordyceps militaris L.Link was determined by NBT-reduction and the nature of it was learned. Some antioxidations were founded in the extracts beside SOD in its sorophore and some studies were conducted to determine its structure. Effective ingredients was compared between natural cordyceps sinensis and cultured cordyceps militaris L.Link by faster and simple method. The results suggested that cultured cordyceps militaris L.Link can replace natural cordyceps sinensis. |
