The first experiment: 2400 21 days broilers were divided into 20 groups with 5 groups every treatment. The 4 treatments adopted an entirely random experimental design (4 different fats). The feed conversion rate (FCR) of treatments added tallow was significantly worse than other treatments from 21 to 35 days and from 21 to 54 days (p<0.05). The fat utilization of tallow was significantly below the soybean oil and two blended oils (p<0.01).The second experiment: 1200 36 days broilers were divided into 48 replicates with 4 replicates every treatment. The 12 treatments adopted an entirely random experimental design of two factors (3 different fatsx4 levels of added Volamel). The different fat source had no significant influence on the ADFI and FCR (p>0.05). Added Volamel had significant influence on the ADG (p<0.05). The added Volamel had no significant effect on AME and the utilization of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, Ca and P (p>0.05).The third experiment: After using DMG (Distilled Monoglyceride), SE (Sucrose Esters) and Lecithin to emulsify soybean oil, and tallow, the experiment indicated that compound emulsifier is much better than single emulsifier. And the best ration of DM to SE was 4:1 and 3:1.The fourth experiment: 7000 1 day old broilers were divided into 28 replicates with 4 replicates every treatment. The seven treatments had the same basal feed content. One treatment was the control and other six treatments added different emulsifiers (DM 400g/t+SE lOOg/t, DM 800g/t+SE 200g/t, DM 375g/t+SE 125g/t, DM 750g/t+SE 250g/t, Volamel 500g/t,Volamel 250g/t+DM 200g/t+SE 50g/t).The outcome indicated that added external emulsifier had no significant influence on performance of broilers(p>0.05). From 17 to 19 days, 31 to 33 days and 51 to 53 days, the fecal was collected. Using the acid insoluable ash as the internal indicator, AME and the nutrient availabiltiy ration was assayed. External Emulsifiers significantly improved digestion of tallow (p>0.05).The fifth experiment: There were two treatments. One treatment added external emulsifiers and lipase, and the other was the control. The added emulsifiers and liapse significantly improved ADG from 35 to 49 days and from 21 to 49 days old (p<0.05).
