Culturing seedless Grapes of big grain , high quality is an important target of grapes'Crossbreeding. Embryo rescue of hybrids between seedless grapes and Chinese wild grapescan transfer gene of wild grapes resistant diseases to seedless grapes, but test tube -plantsgrowed weakly and required strict growing conditions, so in transplanting process survivalrate was low. In order to solve the problem, from September, 2002 to October, 2003, weadded PP333(0,0.5,1,3, 5,7,9mg.L-1),CCC (0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5mg.L-1) andinIBA(0.02mg.L-1) in MSculture medium, cultured embryo rescue plants of these crosses: Olmo Seedless×heilongjiang seedling,Delight×Olmo seedless,Olmo seedless×Zuoshan-1,Olmosedless×BeichunAfterculturing40days,we observed the influence of PP333 and CCC. on the seedlings heighth,stem diameter root numbers andaveragerootlengthsofembryorescueplants.Theresultswasfollowing: 1. It was good effect of 1-3mg.L-1 PP333 and 1.0mg..L-1 CCC on culturing strong seedlings andpromoting roots of embryo rescue plants between Olmo seedless and Heilongjiang Olmo seedless andBeichun. 2.1mgL-1PP333and0.5-1.0mg.L-1 CCChadagoodeffectonculturingstrongseedlingandpromotingnewrootsofembryorescueplantsofDelight×Olmoseedless. 3.1-3mg.L-1PP333and1.5-2.0 mg.L-1 CCCwasoptimumconcentrationforculturingstrongplantsandpromotingnewrootsofolmoseedless×Zuoshan-1. 4. 3mg.L-1 PP333 and 1.0 mg.L-1 CCC was optimum concentration for culturing strong plants andpromotingnewrootsofOlmoSeedless ×Beichun. 5. Adding moderate concentration of PP333 and CCC in medium can strengthen plants, promote newrootsandimproveresistibility,thussurvivalrateintransplantingwerehigherthan85-90%.
