| As a leading Chinese traditional medicine industry of Xiangfan, the planting of Liriope spicata var. prolifera Y. T. Ma was more and more important in Xiangfan region, and the industry is regulating gradually, the area is enlarged increasingly. But the traditional planting technology hampers the yield in production practice. This experiment adopt three factors quadratic regression orthogonal design with recommended fertilization of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as study object, analyzes the yield and yield constituent factors of Liriope spicata var. prolifera Y. T. Ma systematically, and built regression models between fertilization and yield, yield constituent, leaf area, total chlorophyll, appearance quality and leaf area and yield, appearance quality. The results indicate:1. the most favorable fertilizer applied was used through synthesize yield and appearance, fertilizing model of high yield and good quality was made, N30. 3792-32. 9292kg/666. 7m2, PA: 17. 2998-20. 8132kg/666. 7m2, k20:49. 8842 ~50. 4888kg/666. 7m2, the yield higher 500kg and appearance quality less 170 seed was reached.2. The effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yield are all parabolas that get down to openings, i.e. single factor effect, and all exist a most proper range. Nitrogen and potassium fertilizer all effect yield markedly, while the effect of phosphorus fertilizer is not obvious. The effect of interaction of nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer on yield appears a replacement relationship, i.e. the yield increasing with the rising use of nitrogen on lower phosphorus level, whereas declining. The combination of high nitrogen, high potassium and low phosphorus can realize high yield, i. e. N36. 412kg/666. 7 m2, PA10. 0585kg/666. 7 m2, K,054. 6575kg/666. 7 m2, and the highest combination point is 686. 55 kgs/666. 7 m3. The main influence on yield of Liriope spicata var. prolifera Y. T. Ma is: With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, the relationship between single leaf area, total chlorophyll and amount of earthnut appears straight line up-trend, at the sane time, 100 seed weight and volume of earthnut are improved if the fertilization amount of nitrogen increased in a feasible range. In earthnut expansion stage(November- December), with the increase of fertilization amount of potassium, the total chlorophyll is rising straightly, and the volume and 100 seed weight of earthnut are increased. The effect of phosphoric is on the interaction with nitrogen .The effect appears a replacement relationship.3. The yield and yield compositions were investigated, and the linear regression model among yield and earthnut number per cluster and 100 seed weight was built: Y(earthnut yield)= 9. 38+0. 09093S (amount of earthnut per cluster) +0. 372L (100 seed weight)., The dependable degree of this model to estimate yield is 0.994, the close degree of linear correlativity among yield and earthnut number per cluster and 100 seeds weight is 0.997, and is high significant by testing (R=0. 997**>R0. 01 (3,14) =0.694) .The testing on partial regressioncoefficients(tl=38. 25**>t0.01(14)=2. 921, t2=37. 722**>t0.01(14)=2. 921)indicat es that both earthnut number and 100 seeds weight all extremely significant effect with yield, and not one can be neglected.4. The testing on regression model between fertilization and appearance quality(seed number/50g) shows: In experimental range, the relationship among fertilization amount of potassium, nitrogen, phosphoric and earthnut volume is parabolas that get up to openings, i.e. there are all have a lowest point of N, P and K with the amount, of earthnut per 50g, and the appearance quality is best at the lowest point (amount per 50g is lowest). The use of potassium is more, the appearance quality is better, and in a suitable range, the appearance quality is improving with the increase use of N and P.
