Eight microsatellite markers were chosed to analyze correlation between polymorphims of microsatellite markers and production of wool and body weight of wool rabbit through PCR-PAGE method. The results indicated:The average of population heterozygosit(H) was 0.665, between0.286~0.793. The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.609,ranging from 0.502 to 0.788, which showed that those microsatellites were ideal markers, and could be used in linage genetic analysis in wool rabbit.4 of 8 markers had significant associations with traits of wool and body weight, thereinto, Sat3 and sat4 were very significant associations with yield of wool and body weight in wool rabbit (P<0.01). Sat7 was very singnificant associations with yield of wool (P<0.01), and Rab-3 was very significant associations with body weight(P<0.01).On the other side, least square means were analyzed. Many genotypes of microsatellites were significant correlations with yield of wool and body weight. The sat3 AB was significantly higher than other genotyes in yield of wool and body weight (P<0.01) . The yield of wool and body weight of sat4 AE was significantly higher than those of other genetypes(P<0.01). For sat4, AD and AE was significantly higher than other genetypes in body weight,respectively(P<0.01). The body weight of sat7 EE was significantly higher than that of other genetypes(P<0.01). The sat8 AC and DD was significantly higher than EE genotype in yield of wool, respectively(P<0.01). Least square mean of 79 day yield of wool and body weight for R4x-rab CC was significant than other genetypes(P<0.05). Least square mean of 79 day body weightl for rab-2 AC was significantly higher than those for AA, BB and AD(P<0.01). There were no differences for traits of wool. Least squares means of 79 yield of wool for rab-3 EE and BC was significantly higher than AE and AA, respectively(P<0.01).
