Background:Collaborative office system is a kind of smart software, by which office staffs can communicate and share information with each other based on internet and networked computers. It is indeed one genre of comprehensive technology revolved along with the advancement of computer, internet and telecommunication technologies, as well as modern automation equipment. Its fundamental role is to free people from tedious and trivial office duties by means of smart application of office software, hard facility and networked computers. It is capable to make rational integration of inner office management process with a view to improve office efficiency and quality, boost management level and decision-making soundness, ensure resources access to all and a better digitalized office environment. With the rapid development of e-government affairs, the collaborative office system has played its important role in improving office efficiency, increasing the satisfaction of the public and economizing office costs.Objective:1.Obtain the relevant data on the use of cooperative office;2.Analysis the change of the coordination office bring;3.Provide the reference of the next depth information construction for CDC.Methods:In this study, used BSC model, Delphi and AHP method of existing to screening and confirm the evaluation,and based on it to survey staff satisfaction by using EDDC,software SAS9.2were used for analysis.Results:Indicator system consists of an indicator, two indicators, three indicators, of which an index into the working efficiency, quality of work, job evaluation, economic four dimensions.Survey results,used of generalized linear model (GLM model) for inter-sibling index or sub-index variance analysis showed that the level of evaluation "efficiency","quality of work","job evaluation" and "economic" other indicators weighted score mean and standard deviation were4.32±0.70,4.30±0.64,4.25±0.82,4.40±0.7, the efficiency of which the highest score,the lowest score of job evaluation,analysis of variance showed that the mean difference between the groups has statistics significance.Two evaluation indicators are "efficiency" of the two sub-indicators index "unit to improve the degree of efficiency of the office","ease of use" weighted score mean and standard deviation were4.43±0.67,4.02±1.07,"unit office efficiency degree" scored higher than "ease of use", analysis of variance showed that the mean difference between the two indexes was statistically significant (P<0.01). Belong to the " quality of work" sub-targets " to improve the quality of the unit office","epidemic and improve the degree of emergency treatment effect","reliability" and "decision affecting the degree of scientific leadership, the weighted scores were4.30±0.74,4.22±0.78,4.35±0.65and4.31±0.73, ANOVA showed that the mean difference between the indexes was no significant (P>0.05). Secondary evaluation indicators are "job evaluation"sub index" user satisfaction","practical" weighted scores were4.34are "job evaluation "sub index" user satisfaction " weighted " usefulness " of the scores were4.34±0.7and4.18±0.97,"practicality" scored significantly lower than the "customer satisfaction", analysis of variance showed that the mean difference between the two indexes was statistically significant (P<0.01). Level evaluation indicators are " economic " sub targets "to reduce the amount of administrative expenses,"material consumption cost reduction" weighted scores were4.24±0.84and4.56±0.69," reducing the amount of administrative expenses"scored significantly lower than "material consumption cost reduction", analysis of variance showed that the mean difference between the two indexes was statistically significant (P<0.01).Coordination office number after posting volume compared to the number of memo which showed a rising trend. Between the two indicators of job evaluation indexes were significant differences among the three indicators are the indicators of customer satisfaction with a significant difference (P<0.01), the Help Center staff satisfaction with the system’s high overall evaluation, particularly the staff is often used to give this system a great deal of recognition.Each having between economic indicators and the second part of the administrative costs of the three indicators of statistical significance, while the calculation of material consumption through analysis of the data can be drawn, center staff and produce on-line collaborative office use satisfaction unanimously approved term economic benefits, collaborative paperless office system through inter-departmental and inter-regional and even electronic exchange of documents, electronic document processing, greatly reducing office costs and document processing fees.
