Study On Treatment Plan Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Liver - Stagnation And Heat - Clearing Of Peptic Ulcer

Objectives：Through observation of HuaGanJian combined with westernmedicine in treatment of stagnated heat of liver and stomach type pepticulcer patients before and after treatment with endoscopic changes, area ofulcer of Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and the relationship betweenTCM syndrome symptoms of microscope, study on HuaGanJian in thetreatment of liver stomach heat type of peptic ulcer curative effect.Methods：In this experiment, a randomized control method,60patientsfrom Digestion Department of internal medicine in out-patient andin-patient department were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group of30cases. Chinese and Westernmedicine group，16male patients，14female patients, The shortestduration of illness of1months, the longest4months. Chinese medicinegroup，15male patients，15female patients, The shortest duration ofillness of2months, the longest5months. All patients underwentendoscopy.The treatment group was treated with the HuaGanJian,traditional Chinese medicine decoction450ml early in dinner half anhour, the test group and the control group of the same Western medicine.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole orally two times one daybefore the dinner,20mg once,2times a day. Amoxicillin Capsules oral1.0g once,3times a day. Clarithromycin Tablets0.25g once,2times aday. Not cold, eat spicy food during the medication. Considering thecompliance of patients is generally poor.Treatment for30days. Duringthe drug treatment，withdrawal all medicines affect the clinical research.Adverse reactions of the two groups of TCM symptoms, endoscopic areaof ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection and changes in the course oftreatment were observed before and after treatment.Result：Experimental group before and after the treatment of ulcer area difference of85.56+6.75, the control group before and after treatment ofulcer area difference is71.35+4.17, the two groups had significantdifference (P <0.05), the test group was better than the control group.The two groups before and after treatment of the TCM syndromesymptom score was significantly different (P <0.001). Clinicalexperiment is completed, epigastric pain, heartburn, pantothenic acid,bitter hot or stick, mouth parched and tongue scorched, dry stool, tonguefur score between the two groups was significantly (P <0.05), the testgroup was better than control group. The rest of the symptom of the twogroups had no significant difference (P>0.05). There are obviousdifferences in the clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms of the twogroups after treatment (P <0.05), the test group was better than controlgroup. Evaluation of the efficiency of TCM syndromes have nosignificant difference (P>0.05). Syndrome of traditional Chinesemedicine cure rate had significant difference (P <0.05), the test groupwas better than control group. The experiment group and the controlgroup before and after treatment14C detection results there weresignificant differences (P=0.0001). The two groups after treatment14Cexamination results there were significant differences (P <0.05), the testgroup was better than control group. Two groups of Hp infection ratebefore and after treatment were significantly different (P=0.0001). Thetwo groups after treatment Hp scavenging rate had significant difference(P <0.05), the test group was better than control group. No adversereactions and adverse events in both two groups.Conclusion：HuaGanjian in the treatment of stagnation of liver qi tostomach pain,a significant effect, is the formal treatment ofdepression.Tradional chinese medicine believes that "liver woodsubjugates earth" liver excessive wood grams of spleen injury; liver woodtoo weak spleen and stomach caused not clear,"soil obstruct wood stagnation". Liver kidney and spleen decoction used, coherent, Shugan Qi,Yin liver and other therapies, to solve the stagnation of liver qi, flat gasinverse scattered stagnated fire, which can be cured.HuaGanJian caneffectively remove helicobacter pylori, rise the PH value, increase thestomach improve liver stomach wind-cold type gastric ulcer patients withsymptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the healing of ulcer.Improve gastric dynamics, alleviate digestive tract smooth muscle spasm.Especially in combination with a proton pump inhibitor effect isbetter.HuaGanJian can protect the gastric mucosa, gastric wall mucussecretion stimulation, the consolidation of the gastric mucosal barrier,protecting gastric mucosa and deep tissue damage. HuaGanJian canimprove gastric mucosal blood circulation, increase blood and oxygensupply of the gastric mucosa, promote ulcer healing. And can adjust thegastric and duodenal motility, resistance to bile reflux effect.No adversereaction occurred during the clinical trial.
