Study On The Correlation Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Physical Fitness

Objective:The common observation of TCM Syndromes of fe tal leakage, fetal irritability and TCM type of constitution, and t o explore the relationship between constitution and syndrome cha racteristics of patients and the two, for the clinical syndrome dif ferentiation and treatment and provide a reliable basis, provide u seful guidance for the prevention of the disease and guide the cli nical medication.Materials and Methods:The clinical data, collected from2014January to syndromes of inpatient treatment in2015January i n the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese M edicine conforms to the standard of diagnosis of threatened with physical types,according to the "Chinese medicine treatment of E arly Threatened Abortion clini-cal research guiding principle","t raditional Chinese MedicineObstetrics and Gynecology" and Prof essor Wang Qi’s constitution of nine diagnostic criteria of classi fication threatened abortion syndrome and constitution type, SPS S20.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1the investigation of TCM Syndromes of285cases of threat ened abortion patients were as follows:the distribution of kidne y deficiency type in51cases (53.68%), spleen kidney two empty in21cases (22.1%),12cases of blood heat syndrome (12.63%),9cases of blood stasis syndrome (9.47%),2cases of Qi and bloo d deficiency (2.1%). In kidney deficiency syndrome, followed by two spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, blood heat syndrom e.2the survey of285patients with threatened abortion type of constitution distribution as follows:Yang deficiency constitutio n was27cases (28.42%),23cases (24.22%) of qi deficiency, yin deficiency inl4cases (14.73%),10cases of Qi Stagnation (10.52%),6cases of blood stasis (6.32%),8cases of normal constitut ion (8.43%)4cases of damp heat, phlegm dampness (4.21%),3c ases (3.15%), no special intrinsic quality of patients. The Yang d eficiency, Qi deficiency, yin deficiency is the second and Qi sta gnation.3the data statistical results suggest that the constitution is t he influence factors of syndrome type (P<0.05), the syndrome of physical distribution existence difference, the Yang deficiency m ore common kidney qi deficiency type (P<0.05); see the spleen ki dney two falsely type (P<0.05); Yin deficiency stagnation rare bl ood type (see P<0.05).Conclusion:1kidney deficiency, two spleen and kidney deficiency syndro me and blood heat syndrome is tire leakage, fetal irritability syn dromes patients.2Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and yin deficiency is the m ain tire leakage, fetal irritability constitution of patients with ty pe.3Yang deficiency or yin deficiency more likely; the more th enumber of abortion, Yang Qi deficiency and possibility matter more.4the distribution of TCM syndrome and constitution type ass ocia-tion, Yang deficiency and fetal leakage, fetal irritability pa tients with TCM for kidney deficiency syndrome; Qi deficiency o f fetal leakage, fetal irritability patients for two deficiency of s pleen and kidney, yin deficiency of fetal leakage, fetal irritabilit y syndrome type in patients with more blood heat syndrome.
