Light Hanging Sugarcane Loading Machine have many advantages, such as efficient, operation continuously, lower labor and small personnel investment. Meanwhile, the planting acreage of sugarcane in Guangxi is large and the output is rich, so the Sugarcane Loading Machine have tremendous potential market. Light Hanging Sugarcane Loading Machines use small single-cylinder diesel engine to driven, the crack have strong vibration when it is working, so the operational life proof cycle of rack will becoming lower. Therefore, to research the vibration of Sugarcane Loading Machines and improve its performance reasonable have great significance, those improvements can cut down a malfunction and improve the working performance of Loading machine.This Paper builds the sugarcane loading machine simulation model by Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS software and testing the model by experimental. By ANSYS model analysis, ADAMS model analysis, analysis of Vibration Actuator and dynamics simulation analysis of the whole sugarcane loading machine, studied the natural frequency of sugarcane loading machine and the contribution rate of the natural frequency to the whole sugarcane loading machine, and the vibration acceleration of different measuring point of rack, then improved the transmission system of sugarcane loading machine and the rack, then to the improved sugarcane loading machine for regular modal analysis and dynamic simulation analysis; The results show that the virtual prototype model of the sugarcane loading machine is nearly correct; the former three natural frequency of the whole sugarcane loading machine is the main frequency. Therefore the sugarcane loading machine will bring resonance when it is working, even to bring more vibration; the natural frequency of the improved whole machine had avoid to the excitation frequency of working engine and the resonance; the improved transmission system had simple structure, after the trial of 2006 / 2007 crop season. The results show that the impact and the collisions is decrease, the damage of parts will fewer, then the reliability can be good.
