Research On The Construction Of A Kind Of National Monitor System Which Works On The Monitoring Of Argriculture Land According To The Standard Plots

Now in China, the technology using in the monitoring of land use is becoming more and more matural.But the scale we monitored only refers to monitoring of land use type and land deseration.The monitoring of land quality, especially the agriculture land quality, which has close relationship to the safety of grain has been studied in junior station.So the author choose the theme of the paper in this direction and aims to study on the construction of a kind of monitor system which works on the monioring of aguriculture land in China .Though analysing the serises of standard plots in the three provinces, the paper gives its conclusion that the standard plots which have higher rank than province can work as monitor plots and can also be used in the construction of the monitor system on agriculature land monitoring ,because they have widespread represention in location,geography and quality of land.The author believes that there are two key problems we should give more attention to when we constructiong the monitor system. They are : the construction of monitor web system and the designation of monitor index system.Of them, the first one is the foundation and basement of the whole construction,it includes three steps :Firstly ,Design the whole monitor web system which covers the whole area and can control the whole system.Using the web method ,the autthor design out a 48(lines)×24(rows)monitor web system;Secondly,choose the monitor band from the monitor web.Using the theory of landscape diversity,the author caculates the SHDI in every lines and every rows, then choose the monitor bands which have the larger area and bigger SHDI in the end, the monitor bands make up a special style like the"feng"charcater.Thirdly, choose the monitor plots which locate in the monitor bands.Using the technology of The Space Sample, the author choose 48 standard plots as the monitor plots from the 289 standard plots,and the monitor plots have widespread represention in the land quality,location and geography.The second problem shoud give more consideration to the safety of agriculture land from the aspect of land resource.
