Dairy cows mastitis is one of the most common disease in cow cultivation. Mastitis not onlyinfluence quantity of cow milk production but also creates the serious economic loss. People havepay close attention to prevention of the cow mastitis. At present the cow mastitis main pathogenicbacteria is Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcusdysgalactiae. Usually we use antibiotic to therapy the cow mastitis, however, with more and moreantibiotic be used people have pay attention to the problem about the remain of antibiotic. Chinesemedicinal herb does not yield tolerance and have the nature of low poison and anti-inflammatoryand so on. The cow mastitis of therapy with Chinese medicinal herb is followed interest by manyscholar.The results of Clinical Pharmacodynamics experiment showed that the ointment had goodtherapeutic action on clinical mastitis of dairy cattle curing and effective pretent.Result of cytokines test. We found that the concentrations of IL-6, TNF-αin samples of seraand whey from cows with clinical mastitis and normal healthy lactating cows, Effection of IL-6,TNF-αin cow by traditional Chinese medicines percutaneous ointment, the concentrations of IL-6,TNF-αin cured group much lower than that in positive control group.Result of SOD, GSH-Px, NO, MDA test. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in clinicalmastitis groups declined significantly; While the concentration of NO, MDA increasedsignificantly. We found that Effection of SOD, GSH-Px in cow by traditional Chinese medicinespercutaneous ointment, the concentrations of SOD, GSH-Px in cured group much higher than thatin positive control group. While the concentrations of NO,MDA in cured group much lower thanthat in positive control group.The studies showed that traditional Chinese medicines percutaneous ointment can effectuallystrengthen activity of SOD, GSH-Px, degrade concentration of free radical NO, MDA andinflammatory factor IL-6, TNF-αin sera and whey from cows with clinical mastitis, to achieveobjective cured bovine mastitis by traditional Chinese medicines percutaneous ointment.
