fertilizers trials have done with Agropyron cristatum×Agropyron desertorum cv. Mengnong in field,which were breed by Jinfeng Yun in Inner Mongolia Agriculture University first from 2005-2006. Fertilization Choice of the current production of the three commonly used fertilizers: urea, DAP and NPK compound fertilizer. And each fertilizer will be installed five different Fertilization Treatments. Analysis of different fertilizers and grass seed yield and quality of, in order to determine the best type of fertilizer, the quantity of fertilizer and seeds which suitable for the harvest period. The test results show that:1. Fertilization can significantly increase seed yield and qualities.Of these, NP fertilizer application 225kg/hm2 performance at the highest seed yield, achieved 5061.23kg/hm2. Seed germination rate also reached a higher level (96% more) in all of the treatments. And seed germination rate with the increase of fertilizer assume upward trend with 10 fertilizer processing of two compound fertilizers2. Herbage production showed the upward trend with the increase of fertilizer .On forage production, forage yield during the maturity turn up the highest, the most obvious application of nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen rate in 375kg/hm2, hay yield was 12298.8kg/hm2, fresh forage production has reached 24105.6kg/ hm2;.NP fertilizer application 300kg/ hm2, hay production 8954.8kg/hm2, fresh forage production has reached 17014.1kg/ sq km; NPK fertilizer 375kg/hm2, hay production, 11042.8kg/hm2, fresh forage yield only 19901.5 kg/hm2, an increase of poor results.3. Fertilization can improve forage quality. Fertilizer application with the nitrogenshowed best effect, with the increase of nitrogen content of crude protein upward trend, crude fiber content decreased .To nitrogen rate 375 kg/hm2 handle proved that: the crude protein content during the boot stage is highest at 18.08%, crude fiber content of 31.21% for the lowest.
