The experiment animal was set up as cold stress model, the treatment group, which hypodermic Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge after cold stress, the cold stress group, which did anything after cold stress and the control group, which themselves before cold stress. The active or content of LDH, CPK, cTnI, SOD, MDA, NO, ET, CRGP and TNF-αin blood serum or blood plasma of the experiment animal was mensurated though spectrometer method or radiation immunity method.The result shows: the treatment group and the cold stress group's active of LDH and CPK, the content of cTnI was higher than the control group(p<0.01), but the treatment group'active of LDH and CPK; the content of cTnI was lower than the cold stress group's(p<0.01-0.05); the treatment group and the cold stress group's active of SOD, the content of NO, CRGP was lower than the control group(p<0.01-0.05), the content of MDA, ET, TNF-αwas higher than the comparison group(p<0.01-0.05). But the treatment group's active of SOD, the content of NO, CRGP was higher than the cold stress group's(p<0.01-0.05), the content of MDA, ET, TNF-αwas lower than the cold stress group's(p<0.01-0.05).This experiment'conclusion: Intensity cold stress can damage myocardial, it would be protected by hypodermiced Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge. This protected function have relation with the accommodation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge in the active and content of SOD, NO, MDA, CRGP ,ET, TNF-α, the tatio of NO/ET and CRGP/ET.
