Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of Huangbaiyuan Nature Reserve In Shaanxi

Huangbaiyuan nature reserve locates in the south of Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi, with climate characteristics that warm temperate zone transits to subtropical zone. Biological diversity is abundant and the ecosystem of forest is intact in the protection zone which has many characteristics of natural resources, humanity history, traveling landscapes and many kinds of rare animals and plants, etc. Research shows that there are 1375 species 523 genus 127 family wild seed plant and 263 kinds of wild vertebrate animals in Huangbaiyuan nature reserve, including typical" flagship species " of giant panda, golden monkey, takin. However, because of long-term nature and artificial disturbance, regional degeneration of ecological enviroment and vegetation destruction of the vegetation exist in the protection zone, which interferes with the normal exchange of animal's gene and makes ecological environmental quality and security decline day by day. In order to better protect the integrity of the Qinling giant panda population and biological diversity, by means of typical ground method, line method and the statistical analysis of the ecological method, after studying all characteristics of environmental factors in huangbaiyuan nature reserve and analyzeing interference factor of gene flow and population rejuvenation of Qinling Mountains vertebrate population (especially giant panda's population), the author brings forward scientific planning, implementing agroforestry; Setting up common management system, implementing community co-management; Controlling over the development of tourism, eco-tourism option; Strictly controlling living resources, safeguarding bio-diversity; Sincere management giant panda's habitat, preventing artificial disturbance; Strengthening service consciousness, raising the level of management, and so on strategy measures and supporting measures of that promote local community's sustained economic development, such as: Setting up and improve the land right of nature reserve that adapt to market economy; Improving the management of the protection zone; Implementing the local system of joint defense, strengthening forest fire prevention; Rational use resources of natural and humanities, developing ecotourism; Implementing public participation system, mobilizing community people to participate in the management of protection zone; Strengthening resource management and protection, exploring effective way of community co-management;Rational utilization the local resources , promoting local community's economic sustained development, etc.
