| Field experiment at Changbai county in Jilin province and Benxi county in Liaoning province was conducted to investigate the genetic variation of the main character of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill and the stepwise regression and path analysis were done on yeild, qualitative character,so that we could find out the stable leading variety and the relationship among these main character of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill in two areas.In addition,the individual plant of five kinds of variation was selected and the feature and difference of the mutation plants were investigated in five aspects to provid the bases on the research of variety selection of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.The research on the variation of the main character of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill in two areas show that:the variation on Yeild,Ear Number and Ear Weight was obvious,the CV are above 40 percents.The correlation analysis show that the direct correlation of these traits are significant. So it will procure the high yield Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill if we selecte in these traits.Base on the correlation analysis,the stepwise regression and path analysis were done on yeild,grain weight and grain size of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill in two areas.The result show that,we should pay attation to the long ear length,more ear number and high ear wight kinds when we select the high yield breed variety.And coordinate the relationship among the ear length, grains per ear,more tight ear and ear number so that we could selecte the high quality kinds of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.The analysis on the morphological character,yield,quality,biochemical indicator and photosynthetic characteristics of these different variation of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill show that the main feature of the bigger grain size type are that it has bigger grain size which are above 10mm and lower utilization rate on light which has a lowest photosynthetic yield in these variation,the daily mean of the net photosynthetic rate is 2.33μmolCO2·m-2·s-1.The smaller grain size type has a smaller grain size,the average is about 8mm and it has a high content on De-oxyschizandrin and r-Schizandrin,besides,it has a higher utilization rate on light and higher photosynthetic yield in these variation. |
