We researched the lignins and set up the HPLC finger print of Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. In this paper. The fruit extracting process of Schisandra Chinensis was established by traditional methods together with modern chemical extracting and isolating techniques. Based on this, we had finished the method of isolating , analyzed the structure of components, at last we set up the Finger-print by HPLC. What we done should make a theoretical and methodical basis on exploiting and sustainable utilizing the source of Schisandra Chinensis effectively. Therefore, we have studied the following several aspects on the chemical components. The results was as follow:1.Used ethanol as the extracting solvent, different consistency of solvent, proportion of material to solvent (v/v) and super-sonic rinsing time as the factors, using L9(34) orthogonal test, the optimal conditions of the gain of extracts and total lignins are as follows: 95% ethanol,the proportion of material to solvent: 1: 8; time: 70min.2.Extracted lignins by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction from the fruits of Schisandra Chinensis using L9(34) orthogonal test, fixed crud drugs powder size, the flow rate of CO2 is 10Kg/h, drugs powder 360g a pot, with the condition of pressure, temperature and time as the factors. The optimal conditions of the gain of extracts and total lignins are as follows: pressure is 30 Mpa, temperature is 40℃ and time is 90min.3.Using the techniques of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction together with silica column chromatography to set up the grads rinsing mode by the regent of petroleum-ether and ethyl-acetate to isolate and purify the chemical components at the first time. With the solvent of petroleum-ether: ethyl-acetate(v/v) 60:1, isolated the component(1) and the part(I).With the solvent of petroleum-ether: ethyl acetate 40:1 and 20:1 isolated the component (2)and component (3) from part(I).The uper three components was spread up differently with the upper phase of petroleum-ether-formyl-acetate -formic acid( 15:5:1) or toluene- ethyl- acetate(9:7) ; Deoxyschisandrin and SchisandrolB as the CK, from their TLC we can decided that component(2) was SchisandrolB; component (3) was Deoxyschisandrin.
