Low-function forest transformation is a systematic project, involving silviculture, ecology, soil and water conservation science, forest hydrology, and many other disciplines, the transformation process is multi-disciplinary process of the comprehensive application of knowledge,in order to enhance the efficiency of transformation of low-function forest and decision-making scientific, must be the application of modern computer technology and space information technology, information technology will transform the process.Papers for the transformation of the current inefficient process of Lin problems, the application of DELPHI language, the initial development of a low-efficiency water conservation-based management information system Lin transformation.System design of the login module, the user management module, inefficient water conservation forest transformation modules, application modules and case query module these five functional modules, aimed at multi-disciplinary knowledge through the integrated application for the inefficient transformation of forest to provide optimal transformation programs to improve efficiency in the optimal allocation of water conservation forest of scientific and practical at the same time, saving a lot of human and material resources.Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing City Paper also features water conservation type of low-function forest transform inefficient as an example, the system carried out a preliminary application. The results show that a good user interface of the system has good operability, can function as a water conservation area-based low-efficiency transformation of forests to provide better support to support.
