Key Quality Control Techniques And Evaluation System For Research Of The Cultured Cordyceps Militaris

OBJECTIVE : Through general identification,biological identification, determination of active ingredients, conventional items such as a series of tests to check on the cordyceps militaris cultured in different bases,by different matrix for a systematic research on the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris establish quality control standards and evaluation system; at the same time on the medium, determination of the active ingredients for the medium to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization.METHODS: We studied the components of the the fruiting bodies and the mediums of Cordyceps militaris of different bases and different matrix by the methods of Pro-PAGE qualitative analysis, UV quantitative analysis, the components of amino-acid analysis , HPLC quantitative analysis, water analysis, extract analysis.RESULTS: 1. There are differences in the number of beaches and swimming rate in the map of the Pro-PAGE, showing there are differences between the species of the samples.2. the fruiting bodies and the mediums contains a certain amount of polysaccharide and amino-acid, the content of the polysaccharide and the 15 kinds of amino-acids in the fruiting bodies cultured by the matrix of wheat is higher than the rice. 3. the average content of the adenosine in fruiting bodies cultured by the matrix of wheat is the highest;the content of the cordyceps in the mediums is high, even higher than the fruiting body.CONCLUSION: Comparison of integrated content of active ingredient, the fruiting bodies cultured by the matrix of the wheat in Shandong Feixian is in higher levels of active ingredients, the best quality. According to the experimental data,we draft perfect quality control method and standard,which provide scientific basis for modernization of the man-made Cordyceps militaris.
