Objective:To explore its possible mechanism between the deficiency of marrow-sea and blood lipid and serum BDNF in acute stage of apoplexy through the study and to furtherly grasp and improve the pathogenesis of acute apoplexy,so we can provide new ideas for its early prevention, treatment and recovery, and support the view that we should pay more attention to the deficiency of marrow-sea for prevention and treatment of apoplexy. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria, patients with apoplexy at acute stage were selected as the study subjects,we discriminated and divided them into the group of the deficiency of marrow-sea and the group of the wind phlegm into collaterals,30 cases in each group, collected information about patients' gender, age, past history, history of smoking and drinking, then scored and compared them by the ADL scale. The morning fasting venous blood of all patients were collected at the next day when they were admitted to hospital. The levels of blood lipid, including serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo B)and lipoprotein(a)(Lp(a))were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer;the serum BDNF level was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results were statistically analyzed and their correlation was observed. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in sex, age, history, smoking and drinking history between the two groups. The ADL score and the level of serum BDNF in the deficiency of marrow-sea group were significantly lower than those in the wind phlegm into collaterals group(P?0.01),while the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and Apo B were all significantly higher(P?0.01),there was no significant difference in the other blood lipids. At the same time, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Apo B in the two groups were negatively correlated with the concentration of serum BDNF,and the correlation might higher in the deficiency of marrow-sea group, and the rest had no significant correlation. Conclusion:The activity of daily living is poorer and the degree of motor function damage is more serious in the deficiency of marrow-sea group of all acute ischemic stroke patients, and the degree of nerve function defect and blood lipid metabolism abnormity is severer.
