| The cardiovascular disease has become the main factor of threat against the health of mankind and leading to death. The coronary heart disease is one of the most ordinary and dangerous cardiovascular diseases. For its high incidence and death rate, it is named "The first killer of mankind". The coronary heart disease has anfractuous pathology and symptoms, so human being has not found an available method to cure it absolutely so far. Recently, Chinese Traditional Medicine has made distinct progresses on the treatment of CHD. It has a lot of advantages such as security, small side effect, integer conception and et al. It can cure disease essentially. So Chinese Traditional Medicine has special advantages in preventing, treating and accessorial treating after operation CHD. Especially, the flavones become a focus of attention all over the world because of its action on cardiovascular disease. The isoflavones of Pueraria takes people's attention for its advantages of low toxicity and fast metabolism. But isoflavones has poor solubility and bioavailability. This restricts its development. This research takes study on complex and combines Chinese Traditional Medicine Theory with Modern Molecule Pharmacology to develop a security and high efficiency Chinese Herb Compound for CHD.Chinese Herb Compound cures disease through multi-approach, multi-target and integer concept. So Chinese Herb Compound has become a focus. This paper analyses the pathological characteristics of CHD from Modern Medicine Theory and Chinese Traditional Medicine Theory. Based on the Chinese Traditional Medicine Theory and Modern Molecule Pharmacology, plentiful articles and information on CHD, the Pueraria Compound is accomplished. Pueraria Compound is composed of Pueraria thom sonii(Jun Medicine), A(Cheng Medicine), Lriope spicata Lour(Zuo Medicine) and B(Shi Medicine). The theory of "Gray Box" is used in the extracting process. According to the Biopharmacy, semi-bionic extraction (SBE) simulates the environment of stomach and intestines. The "Activity Complex" that contains some high concentration pharmacological substance is taken as the index. In this way, the medicament not only maintains the characteristic of Chinese Herb, but also has the basis of Molecule pharmacology. The quality of compound can be controlled well. The SBE technique ofPueraria Compound are optimized by using the orthogonal design. The results show that: The first extraction pH is 6. The second extraction pH is 12. The extraction temperature is 70℃. The extraction time is 3 hours. In this study, the blood stasis symptom of pathological big rats simulates that of sufferers who got CHD. The drug is poured into rats' stomach. Then, observed the indexes of hemorheology and blood TG, TC to estimate the curative effect. The results show that:⑴ Compared with normal group, the whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, middle shear rate and high shear rate, the whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit of pathological rats increased sharply. The blood of pathological rats presents dense, viscous and accumulative. Compared with pathological model group, Pueraria and Pueraria Compound can significantly decrease indexes of hemorheology (P<0.01). Further more, Pueraria Compound is better than Pueraria. Pueraria Compound can reduce plasma viscosity of pathological rats to normal level. Compared with normal group, the plasma viscosity of Pueraria Compound group was not significantly different (P>0.05). ⑵Compared with normal group, the blood TG and TC of pathological group increased significantly(P<0.01). Compared with pathological group, Pueraria and Pueraria Compound can decrease blood TG and TC level significantly(P<0.01). Further more, Pueraria Compound is better than Pueraria.Through complex, Pueraria Compound' curative effect got a promotion. It implied the advantage of mutual promotion of Chinese Herb Compound.
