The Clinical Effect And The Experimental Study On Serum IL-6 Of Patients With Chronic Aplastic Anemia By Busuishengxue Granule

Objective: This article discussed the clinical effect of Busuishengxue granule to chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) patients, and observed the different expression level of serum cytokine Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in CAA patients before and after treatment. Further to reveal the pathogenetic mechanism of CAA and active mechanism of kidney invigorating traditional Chinese drug to treat CAA.Method: 68 CAA patients taken into account were divided into experiment group and control group at random by SAS software in which 35 patients in the former group while 33 in the latter one, and according to the difference in clinical , experiment group patients were divided into Yin deficiency group and Yang deficiency group. Three months were described as one period of treatment. After two periods, clinical effect was observed, the change of clinical symptom,hemogram, and myelogram were analyzed.This experiment employed enzyme-linked immunospecific assay (ELISA) method to exam the change of expression level of serum cytokine IL-6, and the data were analyzed .RESULT: 1.The effect of Busuishengxue granule to CAA was superior to that of AABET (P<0.05). In experimental group, the curative effect in Yang deficiency group was superior to that in Yin deficiency group (P<0.05). 2.The express-ion level of serum cytokine IL-6 in CAA patients was higher than that of the control group. After treatment the expression level of serum cytokine IL-6 in two groups were decreased to different extend. The enhancement in experimental group was superior to that in contral group. And the advancement of IL-6 in Yang deficiency group was superior to that of Yin deficiency group. It demonstrats thatBusuishengxue granule can lower the level of negative factors for hematopoiesis regulation,accordingly stimulating hematopoiesis in bone marrow.Conclusion: 1.There was abnormal expression of serum cytokine IL-6 in CAA patients. 2. Busuishengxue granule can .adjust the expression level of cytokine to improve hematopoiesis in bone marrow. 3. In this experiment,we have found the phenomena of "Yin deficiency is easy to treat, but Yang deficiency is difficult to treat.". 4. Busuishengxue granule is an effective drug to treat CAA, and is worthy of further study and development.
