Objective:By observing the effect of Busuishengxue Granule on the expression level of integrinVLA-4 and VLA-5 in patients with chronic aplastic anemia,the relationship between VLA-4,VLA-5 expression level and chronic aplastic anemia,and the Blood granule of Busuishengxue Granule on VLA-4,VLA-5 intervention,and then to explore the therapeutic mechanism of the treatment of chronic aplastic syndrome with the complement of medullary blood granules.Methods:30 patients with chronic aplastic disease were collected and treated with Busuishengxue Granule and the marrow fluid of 10 healthy human bone marrow fluid as normal control group,the expression of VLA-4 and VLA-5 of bone marrow mononuclear cells in patients with chronic aplastic PT-PCR was detected by fluorescence timely quantitative method.Results:1.The effective rate of treating chronic Suilao patients with Busuishengxue Granule hit 80.00%,and the effect was affirmative.2.Compared with the healthy control group,the expression of integrin adhesion molecule VLA-4 was significantly decreased in CAA patients before treatment,VLA-5 expression was higher than the normal control group(P>0.05).The indexes of abnormal expression in the experimental group and control group were improved after treatment,There were significant differences between VLA-4 and VLA-5 after treatment and before therapy(P<0.05).But it is still not up to par,there are still significant differences.Conclusion:1.Clinical effect of supplementing medullary blood granule on CAA.2.The expression of integrin-adhesion molecule VLA-4 and VLA-5 abnormalities in patients with chronic aplastic anemia may be involved in the pathogenesis of course.3.The marrow-producing blood granules may modulate the hematopoietic microenvironment induced by integrin ?1 by altering the expression of VLA-4 and VLA-5 in patients with chronic aplastic dysfunction,By promoting the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells to achieve the ultimate goal of treating chronic aplastic. |
