Contrast Of The Observation Of The Acupuncture And Auricular Point Pression's Curative Effect On Perennial Allergre Rhinitis And Their Effect On Serum Ig-E,IFN-γ,IL-4

This study established the treatment principle of strengthening the spleen and kidney,promoting dispersing function of lung and nose based on the main pathogenesis of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis(PAR). This study observed the curative effect of acupuncture and auricular point pression for PAR through many center's control-research and discussed the immunity mechanism of this two method treating PAR. The result indicated: Compared by control group acupuncture and auricular point pression can increase the rate of significant effect, improve the integral of symptom and physical sign and keep effect for longer time. Acupuncture and auricular point pression can decrease the content of IgE and IL-4 in serum of PAS patients, but have no effect on IFN-γ. This indicated that their curative effect may be come true by restraining the polarization from Th cells to Th2 cells, adjusting the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cells and decrease the synthesize of IgE.
