Study On The Influence Of Electro Acupuncture On Serum Leptin In Patient With Simple Obesity

PurposeIt has been proved that acupuncture is good on losing the weight. Many magazines have had articles about the influence of acupuncture on the weight and fat. Many doctors has also given lots of idles of acupuncture on losing the weight from kinds of ways. During several years of study, we have found a way of electro acupuncture to lose patients' weight, and investigated the influence of electro acupuncture on serum leptin.On the late 1994, after Nature gave out his article of "colon ob gene (fat gene)"the first time, a great improvement of this field has taken place. This ob/ob gene on mice transforms to 4sbp RNA, and last turns to 167aa, witch is called Leptin. It has been proved to be a hormone witch is secreted by fat cell. It is connected well with body fat. In one body, a big fat cell has more ob mRNA than a small one. So we can prove that whether a fat cell is big or small plays a very important part in ob mRNA.It just has no article about the influence of electro acupuncture on serum leptin. Now, we observed on the influence of electro acupuncture on serum leptin to know the influence of acupuncture on losing the weight.
