Study To Hypotensive Mechanism Of Qianyangtongluofang On SHR Of Ganyangshangkangzheng

Objective: Hypertension is a common clinical cardiovas- cular disease.The study of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to the disease has been got some achievements, but there are still some debates on it. Up to now, there is no received systematic theory about essential hypertension. The experiment tried to approach the depressurization mechanism of Qianyangtongluofang through observing the function of depressurization and analyzing a series of indicatrix, and gave some theorical evidence to control the development of hypertension, to prevent and cure the disease.Methods: 32 spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR), the fe- male and the male were equal, weight from 160g to 180g, blood pressure between 150 mmHg and 180 mmHg, were randomly divided into the model group(which was abbreviated to"M group"), the low-dose Qianyangtongluofang group (which was abbreviated to"L group"), the high-dose Qian- yangtongluofang (which was abbreviated to"H group") and the captopril control group(which was abbreviated to"C group").
